Brand focus
ETC is organized in so called ‘brand teams'. In these teams specialized account managers (brand account managers), sales executives, consultants, productmanagers and marketeers work together on a specific vendor products and solutions. Together with the vendor we focus on channel development and expansion, education and total programs for the reseller community in order to grow their business.
IBM Brand team
ETC covers all IBM brands: System p, System i, System x, Storage, Software and services and is therebuy the only one-stop-shop-distributor in Holland.
Thanks to the broad expertises of our multi-disciplinair team we've strong relationships with our resellers.

IBM Business Club
On top of all marketing and communication activities which can be categorized as normal or standard (emails shots, HTML, printed advertisements, announcement letters, bannering, product news, events, roadshows, incentiveprogrammes, etc.) we carry out more specific activities to support the channel.
For the IBM resellers we launched the "IBM Business Club" (IBC). The philosophy of the program is imbedded in the word SIMPLE.
SIMPLE stands for:
S = Support (presales support - configuration support)
I = Information (newsletter - direct mail - html)
M = Marketing (use of equipment, ETC Solutions Centre)
P = Profit (sell out bonus, promo's)
L = Learning (certification, free consultancy, tools training)
E = Events (club-meetings, meet-and-greet sessions, hospitality/fun-events)
Each pillar contains several activities. And every member can make his own choice out of the many activities which are relevant for his company.

ETC Solutions Centre
The ETC Solutions Centre (ESC) is the central point where education, workshops, lectures, configurations and seminars come together for not only our partners but also for their partners. The Enterprise Solutions Centre infrastructure is built up of hardware and several software products and solutions.
Topics in storage are virtualization (SVC), the DS family, LTO libraries and Tivoli management software. Complementary existing areSystem x, IBM director, BladeCenter and System p.
The ETC Solutions Centre doesn't only consist of physical hardware and software. A team of certified and qualified specialists provide the right knowledge and focus for the customer. Besides the offering for presentations and live solutions by ETC specialists it is possible for our partners to build a private session for the end user, if desired with help of our consultants.
